
What is Reiki?
Reiki is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy. It is an advanced meditative, non-invasive technique that is practiced to focus on your total well-being, and activates and balances the energy force that is within us.
What are the benefits?
Reiki works on 3 levels: physical, spiritual, and mental/emotional. This means you may feel temporary relief from headaches, mental/emotional stressors, and energetic blockages that may be affecting other parts of the body and mind. There’s also the opportunity to gain insight into yourself on a spiritual level both during and after your session. Reiki helps us to learn more about ourselves and allows for the clearing of energetic blockages that may lead to a imbalance in our energetic bodies.
